How to order a slot and contact us

There are messengers on all media above. There you can order your slot and contact us in any matter related to your order.
When inquiring about a slot, please send your reference sheet so we can give you a quote right away.
Valuation
Anyone can send us their reference sheet for quotation. We don’t charge any money for it.
Payment
We set a fixed deposit of 300 euros. It’s 30% of the lowest order. This is the amount for booking a slot in our workshop. It is not returned if the customer cancels the order.
The rest is paid before the slot. If you choose an installment plan, we can divide your payment into up to 6 installments. We start work on the order after paying for the entire order. We accept payments via PayPal or to a bank account. Prices are quoted in Euros or US dollars.
Deposit
The deposit is not returned in case of cancellation of the order. Is the fee for booking a slot in our studio. Please make careful reservations.
Installment payment plan.
We offer two installment plans.
I – deposit + 5,6,7 installments maximum
II – the whole amount divided into 5,6,7 installments maximum
We start to work on the order after the payment of the last installment. In the case of installment payments, the funds paid are not refunded, but there is a possibility of gratification, i.e. making parts for the costume worth the amount paid.
Measurement
For partial we only need your head circumference, shoe size, length, arm circumference.
If you are ordering a fullsuit, you must make a Duct Tape Dummy and send it to us so that we have it before work begins.
We accept DTD made on paint suit and silver Duct Tape only. For the need to work on a suit made of something else, we add an amount to the surcharge.
Style
Our style changes from time to time, we are constantly working on improving it. The latest work is always on our social media, so you know what to expect. We do not copy the style of other creators, do not ask us to.
If you want to order a costume from us, you accept our style.
You must discuss all details with us before accepting your project, at the latest before starting work on the order. We do not make copies of the costumes we make. We do not copy the work of other studios. Nor their style.
Design changes
They are only possible until the last invoice is paid. They do not include changing the project to another, because then the valuation must be made anew.
Lead time.
The work on the costume takes from a month to three, counting from the moment when the ordered fur reaches us and the base of the head is printed (cast) for you. The time depends on how complicated your costume is and how many working hours we have to spend on individual parts.
We sew many designs by hand, it takes time.
An art studio is not a piecework factory, please keep that in mind.
WIP
We usually present already finished parts. We show them on social media. WIP items in progress, we only show them in private chats with clients. Sometimes there are short videos of our work on the media. We value our privacy and that of our customers.
Warranty and complaints.
Each customer has a one-year warranty on their costume. The warranty covers the elimination of manufacturing defects (bases, hinges, fur, seams) and defects resulting from the normal and proper use of the costume. You lose the warranty if you change something in the costume without our consent, repair it by another creator, or by yourself. Sometimes we are so far away that with our online help, you can repair small damage.
Shipment
The price for shipping is determined after the order is completed. Usually after the package is weighed. (between $65 and $95)
Parcels are sent via Poczta Polska. Priority mail or EMS courier. In Poland using DPD. We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit, lost or stolen.
Duty and taxes.
A customer living outside the EU may have to pay a tax or duty when collecting the package, resulting from the customs regulations of his country. Please keep this in mind and include it in your estimate.
Sale.
Promotions with discounts on costumes often appear on our social media. Only applies to costumes ordered during the ongoing promotion, not to slots already reserved.
Repairs after the warranty period.
After the warranty period, you can also send us the costume for repair, improving seams, sewing holes, replacing some elements with new ones. The cost of such repairs is valued individually. The cost of shipping both ways is borne by the customer.
